My dog has always stood by me, even against the most dangerous attackers. I couldn't ask for a better friend and ally. I'm charming. No one can resist me when I'm at my best. I know just what to say to lighten the mood or bolster courage. I saw a powerful knight in green armor, his face obscured by vines. He was defeated, but did not submit; was killed, but did not die. Dare I face him in battle? The world is a delicious and gorgeous place created for us to explore, enjoy, and protect. I will seek out the lessons in every experience, and as I grow, I will have more to offer in return. Sylvari awakened at dusk are naturally curious and thoughtful. We love to learn and spend time reading and studying. We are intelligent and drawn toward the luscious complexities of magic.

Legacy
After Lightbringer Sylvana Salvato defeated Abbadon together with the Defenders of the Blackblade and the then mortal Kormir she retired into Maguuma Jungle wandering around until she settled down in Ventari's Refuge. Here she wrote her memoires and eventually was buried with them. Much like the lessons of Ventari's Tablet seeped into the pale tree, so did Sylvana's words enter the dream towards one specific Sylvari, who after awakening from the dream took her name upon herself.
